| Inner Mongolia is one of China’s major coal producing areas, and also in the forefront of those provinces which exhaust Sulfur dioxide. The environmental protection department is incumbent on the responsibility of controlling emissions from the pollution sources, urge the sewage unit to standardize the pollution treatment process and grasp the real situation of pollutant emissions.This article is written after researched the Pollutant Emission Automatic Monitoring System and Pollutant Treatment Process Monitoring System of Inner Mongolia. Take the thermal power plant as an example, we uses the desulfurization engineering model as the basic operation research method, process monitoring data as a parameter, standardized the abnormal data in the automatic monitoring data. In the meantime, explored the use of standardized data to determine the operation of thermal power plant production, the flue gas emissions and the desulfurization efficiency. As well as summarized the alarms of pollution control facilities and use them as environmental management tools.Conclusions:1) The process monitoring data can be a support to the automatic monitoring data by setting up a data standardization process, using desulfurization system engineering model. Which achieved the organic of the automatic monitoring data and process monitoring data, integrated the resources. 2) By studying the desulfurization efficiency model, we analyzed how the liquid-gas ratio and pH value influence the desulfurization efficiency and cause excessive discharge. That’s an another descriptive method of desulfurization efficiency which can be used to urge enterprises compliance with emission standards.3) The use of flue gas generation model and computer automatic alarms, improves the ability of personal data processing, reduced the cost of environmental management. The 13 kinds of pollution control facilities and data alarms are valid basis for environmental management. |
