With the advent of digital factory,the enterprise is also more humanized.Green environmental protection work environment has been around the world,so the CNC machine noise is also more and more attention,research on machine noise is also increased to hitherto unknown height.The main research of this paper is the reason of the operation of the heavy duty double column vertical lathe and the measures to reduce the noise.The main research work of this paper has the following three aspects:(1)Analysis of the structure of CNC double column vertical lathe and the transmission principle of the working tableFirst5 introduction of CNC double column vertical lathe the main components,understand the function of the main component,familiar with the working principle and the working platform,the ring gear,the base and the main transmission box was introduced in detail.Secondly,through the understanding of the components of the CNC double column vertical lathe work platform transmission system,the transmission principle is understood,and the parts of the noise generated in the operation process of the working table are analyzed with the transmission principle diagram.(2)To test the noise of many different types of CNC double column vertical lathe under various conditions,compare the data analysis,determine the main factors to produce noise.First,the logarithm of ten different types of CNC double column vertical lathe worktable normally run on noise detection,compared to find the maximum noise model;secondly the different states of a class of machine tool noise of the largest repeated testing,multiple sets of data for statistical analysis;finally,according to the data to find out the main factors the noise generated by the bench during operation.(3)According to the analysis of the need to develop a corresponding reduction of noise measuresMainly through technical means to improve the precision of key parts and assembly precision,increase some detection and monitoring means,to ensure that all aspects of the standard and controllable.(4)Effect of the measures to reduce the noise of the work tableThe accuracy of detection of five products to repair parts of the noise exceed the standard precision,after passing the assembly again to determine whether the detection noise exceed the standard to validate the feasibility measures;and the value of settlement to determine the practical improvement measures,finally will use the improved method for statistical processing of finished product noise,further verification of corrective actions the effect of.
