| Slurry Pipeline Transportation is one type of transportation that uses hydraulic power to transport bulk granular material in large-scale. Compared with highway or railway transportation, Slurry Pipeline Transportation has advantages of high efficiency, low consumption, less land occupation, low pollution and so on. Along with the continuous development of processes of Industrialization, the demand for mineral resources in remote areas is increasing, which makes this technology used more widely. However, in the construction process of Slurry Pipeline Transportation, there becomes so many uncertain risk factors because of its difficult construction and complex technology. In order to reduce these risks, diminish the loss as far as possible and avoid the occurrence of loss, it’s of great significance to study quality risk management of Slurry Pipeline Engineering Construction.This paper uses Papua-New Guinea’s Ni-Co Slurry Pipeline Construction as research object. First, this paper introduces research background and research significance of the quality risk management of Slurry Pipeline Construction in detail. Second, this paper collects and sorts correlation theories of risk and quality risk, and combs relevant literature about quality risk management at home and abroad, which lays solid theoretical foundation for following study.Third, this paper introduces detailed conditions of Papua-New Guinea’s Slurry Pipeline Construction, analyses main risk factors in the process of engineering construction from five aspects, which are people, machine, material, law and environment, and explains some existing problems in the process of project construction. Fourth, this paper conducts risk identification in Papua-New Guinea’s Slurry Pipeline Engineering Construction, and employs multi-level fuzzy synthetic evaluation method to evaluate it. At last, this paper gives quality risk management measures on personnel organization management, mechanical equipment quality control, material quality control, construction technology management, quality control in key process and so on.At the end, this paper summarized all the research work and pointed out its disadvantages, in order to conduct in-depth study in the following work and study. |
