A Study On The Project Quality Management Of Si Wan Gathering Station

The inrfastructure of our country has get rapid development with the in-depth graduallyof modernization construction. The quality of construction industry, which is the pillar ofnational economy, affects the safety of the people directly, so it is important to study thequality of the project management. It is a important step to keep improving the quality ofcompany to guarantee the competitiveness with the development of economic globalization,especially after China’s accession to the WTO, faced the fierce competition, domesticcompanies7important work is to improve the quality of their products in front of theunprecedented challenges.There are many problems in quality management and control of our county constructionindustry. Included quality management system in chaos, exist in name only, duty but neglect,quality management system is complex and paralyzed, each post division of labor is unknown’power and responsibility is not clear, the effect of quality management is poor, the operationis not standard in the construction machinery and equipment, mateiral storage is notreasonable, no notice to protect the surrounding environment, construction is not civilizationand seires of problems, which directly or indirectly influence the quality of the project andadverse impact on corporate reputation. This paper analyze and study based on Si Wangathering station project implementing situation and existing problems，find the main factorswhich influence the quality, introduce the problems just before, duirng and atfer constructionone by one, on the premise of quality assurance, find the problems and put forwardcorresponding measures, which has a certain significance to guarantee the quality of theproject, as the measures and methods is universal in this paper, so it is has a certain referencesignificance for other similar projects.
