Hydrogenation technology has great influence on the quality,such as lubrication(expressed in correction of wear scar diameter)of diesel oil.With the diesel hydrogenation depth increased,polar substances in diesel oil,such as oxygen compounds,nitrogen compounds,polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in diesel natural presence,with strong lubricating component content gradually reduced,unable or difficult to form an adsorption layer on the metal surface,leading to greatly reduce the diesel lubrication.At the same time,the cetane number of diesel fuel oil continues to increase,the paraffinic crude oil shortage,and lack of the premise of hydrocracking unit,through hydrogenation could improve cetane number of diesel fuel oil,but due to the low proportion of overweight is sixteen alkyl catalytic diesel oil,the cetane number of diesel fuel oil is shortage.In order to improve the lubricity of diesel and cetane number in the current situation,only by adding cetane improver and antiwear agent to meet the demand of products.And with the acceleration of the pace of the quality of the upgrade,the contradiction will be further highlighted.So the cetane improvers and antiwear agent demand will further increase.Currently used for acid type antiwear agent and nitrate ester type cetane improver.With a large number of applications of antiwear agent and s cetane improver in diesel,cetane improver and antiwear agent also appeared some problems in the process.As a result of cetane improver adding excessive diesel oil in the distillation process black,antiwear agent after use also appeared floc precipitation,causing the vehicle to plug the filter,oxidation stability becomes poor and unqualified and many other issues.It is very necessary to study the influence of different antiwear agent and cetane improver on the quality of the diesel.In this paper,the different influence of the fatty acid type antiwear agent and nitrate ester type cetane effect on diesel quality were studied.For the fatty acid type antiwear agen,the diesel grinding effect correction marks diameter,acidity,light stability,oxidation stability,storage stability and other quality indexes were investigated.The cetane and appearance quality were evaluated by testing cetane improver effect.Thecollaborative effect of antiwear agent and cetane improver on the storage stability of diesel oil was also researched.The results showed that the fatty acid type antiwear agent had a great influence on the lubricity,acidity,light stability,oxidation stability and storage stability for diesel,especially on the lubrication and storage stability;and cetane improvers had the greatest impact for cetane of diesel.The high content of resin and basic nitrogen in diesel oil is one of the important reasons for the poor storage stability of diesel after adding the anti-wear agent.According to the research,it was found that when the amount of fatty acid antiwear agent was controlled at no more than 300 mg / kg,the nitrate type cetane improver was controlled within 500 mg / kg,While ensuring the depth of refined oil refining(control of alkaline nitrogen and glial,etc.),the two additives The effect of diesel quality is less.In the use of fatty acid type antiwear agent,the quality of antiwear agent must be ensured by controlling the content of saturated fatty acids to prevent the formation of precipitation,the glial and basic nitrogen content in diesel oil must be properly controlled to prevent the occurrence of chemical reaction with the acid.The compatibility test between oil and additives should be carried out to ensure the quality of diesel oil.The additives had a greater impact on the quality of national(III)diesel oil due to its incomplete hydrogenation,which included a large of glial and basic nitrogen.With the upgrading of diesel oil,the degree of refining,basic nitrogen and gum and other content decreased significantly,and the quality risk of fatty acid wear resistant agents decreased significantly.
