| In this paper,a series of heat treatment processes including carburizing high fire,quenching and tempering in different carburizing temperature were carried out on the9310 steel by controlled atmosphere double chamber furnace.The influence of carbon potential on the concentration of the delaminated carbon and the relationship between the retained austenite content and the ice treatment were analyzed by analyzing the influence of the microstructure,carburizing temperature and carburization time on the depth of carburization.Finally,Optimum Process Parameters of Carburizing and Quenching for Steel Heat Treatment,Thus providing theoretical guidance for actual production.9310 steel used in this experiment in the case of other process parameters unchanged,after 900 ℃,910 ℃,927 ℃ three temperature carburizing insulation,you can see from the microstructure diagram with the temperature rise,its The depth and hardness of HRC60 increase with the increase of temperature,and the depth of the infiltration layer is deepened with the increase of carburizing temperature,and the residual austenite in different carburizing temperature is deepened The amount of residual austenite can reach the standard(less than 10%),the temperature of its impact is not very obvious.With the increase of carburizing temperature,the carbon concentration in the carburized layer increased and the carbon content increased obviously.When carburizing is carried out with different carburizing temperature,the gradient of 0.2 mm stripped carbon concentration is the highest,and the reaction is a true carbon concentration gradient at 0.2 mm,ie,the carbon concentration of the wave layer is higher.The effects of tooth profile parameters on the penetration depth of 9310 steel are also studied.Research indicates that 9310 steel heart tissue is not affected by three carburizing temperature of 900 ℃,910 ℃,927 ℃.Heart microstructures are not affect.The top of the tooth infiltration layer there is the phenomenon of tolerance.The relationship between the depth of top layer and the depth of the middle part of the tooth height is corresponding.Finally,we find that there are three correspondence relations between tooth width m and percolation correlation distance H:(1)At that m=2H·ctgθ time,the crest just reached the osmotic point;(2)At tha tm﹥2H·ctg(?) time,there is no overlying osmosis phenomenon;(3)At that m<2H·ctgθ time,the phenomenon of overlying oozing. |
