Research And Applications On Converter Steelmaking Automatic Control System

As a complicated system engineering,sublance and automatic steelmaking technology is based on the process control computer,and makes smelting process parameters to be calculated and and optimized.Under the condition of uninterrupting the blowing or non-inverted,Converter sublance system is used to collect information of converter molten pool,such as the temperature carbon content,oxygen content,height of molten pool and the various kinds of chemical composition of the liquid in the molten pool.With the aid of computer controlling for converter,the amount of oxygen and coolant can be calculated repeatedly,so the system parameters to be adjusted and the target of carbon and temperature to be hit,in order'to avoid after blow.In this thesis,the qiangang converter sublance automatic steelmaking project was researched numerously,and the content include as the follow:Firstly,the research's background and significance was presented,and the function and role of the automation in converter steelmaking was analyzed.Based on the analysis of actual data of qiangagn steelworks,the important role of automation steelmaking was found out,then according to the domestic and foreign development situation of converter steelmaking,the development process of the automation steelmaking was analyzed.Secondly,with the sublance system applied in qiangagn steelmaking plant,the scope of converter steelmaking and automation control was analyzed,around qiangagn converter sublance system,sublance probe,sublance measuring principle and process control,and the mathematical model and algorithm used in converter steelmaking system,the implementation process of converter sublance was investigated.Practice proved,the automatic control system from the model development to equipment manufacturing has been mature domestic steelmaking,development and application of the system into the ranks of the international advanced.Finally,with the analysis,the experience and lessons of qiangagn technology in automation steelmaking technology was summarized,by means of the combination of theory and practice gradually improved.On the one hand to provide a theoretical basis for automated steelmaking qiangang,on the other hand can also be adopted by other steel converter steelmaking sublance automation systems as a reference.
