Based on the analysis and evaluation of current research of detection technology of sublance, the thesis focused on the topic of sublance automatic control, and made further research on new type of sublance automatic control system. Research and development of sublance automatic control technology is to achieve a steelmaking converter system that provide effective detection scheme.The major innovation of this thesis is as follows:Firstly, the thesis introduced sublance detection technology development significance and research status. Generally, it summed up the original sublance control system computer software, hardware and functional perfection still exist many deficiencies. Based on this situation, a new type of sublance control technology is proposed in the thesis. Siemens’s most advanced computer software and hardware technology, the two level redundancy ring network technology, server/client structure, clock synchronization techniques being used. It achieved the sublance system each equipment monomer operation and control, to meet the requirements of the process.Secondly, the sublance process and main equipment functional requirements was analyzed. Sublance control system hardware and software control requirements were given in the thesis. It gave out the system adopts the production management and field control layer two level structure model, proposed under control PCS7process-oriented software development platform. At the same time, a modular programming ideas and established a series sublance function control module was introduced. Based on friendly operator interface and the WinCC configuration software development platform, a different control screen of sublance was designed, and a system of converter sublance equipment that running status timely dynamic graphic monitoring was developed in the thesis.Finally, based on the detailed analysis of sublance position and speed control method, the thesis introduced a kind of speed and position control of double closed loop variable acceleration control scheme and designed a pneumatic lifting correction sublance position lifting encoder error technique.
