For MBD based digital inspection mode,this paper aims at the low efficiency caused by manual interference in the inspection links,proposes methods to rapid plan the inspection process;and the methods aims to improve the efficiency of the digital inspection and promote the automation process,enhance production efficiency and the core competitiveness of the enterprise.Firstly,in order to solve the problem of reasonable planning and allocation of inspection equipment resources in the process of digital inspection,an optimization method of threecoordinate equipment resources allocation for flexible measurement is proposed.By establishing the allocation rules and mathematical model of inspection equipment resources,and minimizing the maximum inspection time,a two-level coding genetic algorithm is adopted to solve the model.And compared with the traditional method of selecting inspection equipment based on human experience,examples illustrate that the algorithm can optimize the allocation of inspection equipment resources and shorten the total inspection time.Secondly,this article proposes an automatic standardized rules oriented to dimensions of three-dimensional MBD model by researching the expression of structure and composition of detect constraint information;the rules can identify and correct non-standard dimensions automatically,standardize the annotation method of detecting constraint information in threedimensional MBD model.Examples illustrate that the automatic standardized module not noly can make the annotation objects meet the requirements of measurability without violating the original dimensioning intentions,but also improve the efficiency and accuracy of the modification significantly,and promote the automated process of digital inspection.Finally,MATLAB-GUIDE tool is adopted to develop the interface of the allocation module of inspection equipment resources,and MATLAB is applied to compile the genetic algorithm's M files.The C# language in Visio studio software is adopted to develop the automatic standardization module;and then implementing the automatic standardization module by using UG/Open MenuScript module to customize the menu bar interface.
