Nowadays,the shearing machine is an important pillar industry of cold forming industry,it is also an important index to measure the basic manufacturing level of a country.The shearing machine mainly used in the ship industry,car industry,airplane industry,tractor industry,bridge industry,electric equipment industry,meter industry,boiler industry,pressure vessel industry and so on,which have a large plate demand and market demand.However,the domestic CNC system of shearing machine mainly confined to the low and medium-end markets,the medium and high-end markets is monopolized by foreign.The aim of this paper is develop a high-end CNC system of shearing machine to break the foreign monopoly,and to meet the domestic economic growth needs.The main work of this paper is as the following:(1)Analysizing the cutting process,the process of cut,the stress state of the shear deformation state and the shear section quality.Deduce the theoretical formula of shear force and shear edge gap.(2)Explaining the ladder principles,analysizing the explanatory PLC how to generate the intermediate code.And build an embedded PLC operating system,apply it to the subsequent development of the CNC system of shearing machine.(3)Designing the hardware platform of the shearing machine CNC system base on the user and process control requirements,transplanting the μC/OS-Ⅱ embedded operating system on this platform,divide the system tasks in detail.,analysizing the communication principle of the upper and lower layers,building the software platform of the CNC system of the shearing machine,describing the key functions in detail.Finally,applying the CNC system to the gate shears,and comparing with the DAC350 shearing CNC system.(4)Building the index model of the shear section,optimize the process parameters.The quadratic regression orthogonal rotational combination design was used to design simulation experiment,getting the mathematical models of Collapse angle、Bright band、Tear tape and glitch.Establish a comprehensive mathematical model for assessing the quality of sections based on weighting factor and optimizing the comprehensive model through genetic algorithm,getting a better combination of process parameters of cross-section quality,proposing an effective method for optimizing the shear process parameters.In summary,this paper study and develop the embedded PLC operating system and the CNC system of shearing machine,apply them to the gate shears.The method of quadratic orthogonal rotation combination design was proposed to establish the mathematical model of the quality index of the cross section,and use the genetic algorithm to optimize the comprehensive mathematical model of cross-section quality index.Thus to get the combine process parameters of better shear section quality,and test the process parameters through cutting.
