This paper, based on the numerical controlled testing system which was excogitated during the periods of the Eighth Five-year and the Ninth Five-year, analyzes the advantage and disadvantage of this test system according to the developmental actuality and tendency of technology, puts forward the corresponding amelioration project and develops the design of the hardware and software in this embedded-based long-distance test and control system.This article has designed CNC machine tool long-distance running status supervisory system that based on the embedded. Through real-time examination CNC machine tool movement many parameters, it has realized the long-distance monitoring using the network. According to examination CNC machine tool various axes,it Realizes the long-distance three dimensional processing process real-time reappearance. at the same time, According to numerical control system feedback position data, Analyzed the numerical control system error to process the work piece influence.In embedded system's development, It has studied the digital sampling connection and the analog sampling connection,Temperature gathering module , Long-distance communication connection and communication protocol several modules with emphasis. Using the highly effective special-purpose counting chip in the digital gathering interface circuit module, Caused the test system in highly effective, high speed, aspects and so on integration rate and reliability had the distinct improvement, sharpened test system's antijamming ability. On simulation gathering interface circuit module main gathering numerical control system electrical machinery's dynamic property parameter like voltage, electric current equisignal. Realizes carries on the monitor to the servo electrical machinery. The temperature compensation is numerically-controlled machine tool's trend of development, Therefore this embedded examination system carries on temperature gathering to the engine bed key spot, Realizes carries on the real-time monitoring to the engine bed temperature. Expands the network controller in the embedded system, Causes it to have with long-distance computer correspondence ability.The information platform used OpenGL to develop the three-dimensional display contact surface, being uses for to demonstrate four axis linkage numerically-controlled machine tool's processing way. The embedded system through carries on the counting to the engine bed encoder's output pulse, Obtains various axes the position, Again through network transmission for long-distance information platform. The information platform the pulse value which obtains transforms engine bed's position data, Then the demonstration in constructs in the good three dimensional coordinate system. Long-distance three-dimensional display very good monitoring processing process. In obtains the engine bed coordinate above the foundation, To processes the work piece influence through the establishment numerical control system error the mathematical model, And analyzed the numerical control system error from the theory to process the work piece actually the influence.
