The vibrating screen is the centrifugal force acting on the eccentric block by the motor to act as the excitation force.The vibrating screen is the equipment to complete the material screening by vibration principle.Vibrating screen is widely used in metallurgy,mining,chemical,coal,construction,light industry and other fields.At present,the vibrating screen has become an important screening equipment.The probability screen is a new rise of screening equipment,Swedish born Frederick Morgan in the study material through probability sieve based on proposed a new screening method,and created a rapid screening of new screening equipment,called probability screen,also known as Morgan students sieve.The probability sieve uses the multi-screen face and the double-channel to improve the screen production and the screening efficiency,uses the large angle to raise the material movement speed,creates the essential condition for the thin bed sieving.Compared with other screening equipment,production capacity,high screening precision,low energy consumption,low noise,the screen long life,screen meshes are not easy to blockage,small volume,easy maintenance and replacement of screen,reliable operation and other advantages.The main design of this paper is salt equipment,the purpose is to sieve out the sun and salt in accordance with different particle size.This paper has carried on the widespread investigation and analysis to the present situation and the prospect of the screening machine.The principle and application of various screening equipment were compared,and the status quo and development direction of the domestic and foreign screening equipment were discussed.The screening mechanism of the probability screen was studied;The probability of the penetration screening of the moving material in the screen was studied by statistical method,and the calculation method of the screening efficiency was also discussed;The technological parameters and the kinetic parameters of the design of the probability screen are calculated;The 3D modeling and assembly of the probability screen is carried out;The analysis of the stress of the screen box,the probability sieve box and the main beam were done in the modal analysis of the harmonious response analysis,the structure of the occurrence of resonance and whether the intensity of the requirements;The probability sieve involved vibration isolation scheme selection,selection,selection of components,vibration isolation spring stiffness calculation are discussed.After a series of strict and cautious design process,I designed the GS2030 type salt with the probability screen more adapted to the market,with a broad market prospects.
