Mine exploitation has always been important economic pillar industry in China,while brought hazards to regional environment at different extent,with the economic development being restricted by surface subsidence and destruction,secondary disaster,vegetation destruction and animals forced to migrate.Therefore,it is of great significance for environmental management and disaster prevention to establish the mining area ecological environment quality evaluation system,which based on the research of the mining area ecological environment quality.This study choose the subsidence area of Huainan lake and Huaibei lake as the research object,using the 3S technology to survey the mining area ecological environment,to construct the regional ecological environment quality evaluation system according to the regulations and requirements from Ecological environment evaluation of technical specification The main achievement of this essay is outlined below :(1)We adopt 3S technology to execute pretreatment and image classification on the remote sensing of high mark number one,and conduct the field inspection on classification results,which indicates satisfactory effect and can be further extracted information from.(2)The research extracted information of study area,including land using type,biodiversity,vegetation covering distribution and land erosion intensity distribution,then selected biological abundance index,vegetation covering index,water network density index,land threat index and pollution load index as evaluation standard,the results of which respectively are 56.7,41.2,46.4,54.6 and 8.22.We build the ecological environment quality evaluation model by the AHP analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weight(3)According to the evaluation results,we conclude that the environment quality evaluation conforms to the standard of level C that shows the subsidence area ecological environment quality is not optimistic,and put forward comprehensive measures of ecological environment protection during the period of construction and operation.The evaluation provide the comprehensive control project of the subsidence of Huainan lake and Huaibei lake with scientific basis,tracking and monitoring timely to prevent from the occurrence of secondary disasters,and offer effective solutions to environmental problems existing in other mine lot.
