Nanofloc Enhanced SBR Process For Municipal Wastewater Treatment

China's domestic sewage treatment plant effluent quality upgrade to an A standard,many domestic sewage treatment process can not meet the standard,sewage treatment process reform and innovation is imminent.In this paper,the nano-flocculant(Nanofloc)was used to improve the SBR process,and the physical and chemical properties and properties of Nanofloc were investigated.The improved Nanofloc-SBR process was used to enhance the treatment efficiency of SBR reactor.The physical and chemical properties of Nanofloc were studied by analyzing and analyzing the Nanofloc agent itself,and the process parameters of Nanofloc-SBR were determined preliminarily.The results showed that the removal efficiency of TN and ammonia nitrogen was 30%higher than that of Nanofloc-SBR process,and the removal efficiency of TP was increased by 45%on average.After 20 days of culture,the TP content in effluent was 1 mg/L or less,and the contents of COD,ammonia nitrogen and TN in effluent reached Grade A emission standard.Nanofloc has a great effect on the traits of activated sludge.The flocculation of Nanofloc has accelerated the growth rate of activated sludge.The content of organic matter has decreased.The content of MLVSS in Nanofloc sludge is about 10%less than that of unmixed.The role of Nanofloc is hampered by the formation of granular sludge.The highest Fe content in the effluent is 210ug/L,which is lower than the standard value of 0.3mg/L of the supplementary drinking water surface,and the maximum content of Fe in the sludge is 4660mg/kg.Nanofloc-SBR treatment of municipal sewage,the addition of Nanofloc reactor COD,TN,TP removal effect than the addition of Nanofloc reactor were increased by 10%,30%,50%or so.Nanofloc Pharmacy in the chemical-assisted phosphorus removal,water color and turbidity of the role of more obvious.The addition of Nanofloc can ensure the settling effect of activated sludge in a shorter settling time.The addition of Nanofloc reactor can not maintain a sufficient amount of activated sludge,the treatment of municipal wastewater is poor.The effect of adding Nanofloc on the traits of activated sludge was also affected by the SEM photograph,and the difference of microbial population in the activated sludge was observed by SEM.The sludge sedimentation time of the Nanofloc-SBR process was 15 min.The sedimentation time of the activated sludge was 15 min.The removal rates of COD,NH4+,TN and TP in municipal wastewater were 90%,95%,65%and 80%respectively.With the extension of the reactor running time,the effect of phosphorus removal in the reactor is increasing day by day.In the role of Nanofloc,the pilot reactor effluent color and turbidity is relatively low,the water is rarely able to observe the small activated sludge flocs.
