In recent years,with the improvement of living standard,people pay more and more attention on the interior decoration,leading to the growing problem of indoor air pollution,causing widespread concern.Indoor air organic pollutants can be roughly divided into volatile organic pollutants(VOCs)and semi-volatile organic pollutants(SVOC).In this paper,phthalates(PAEs)were selected as typical semi-volatile organic pollutants,which were commonly concerned with indoor air,and investigated pollution laws and characteristics of phthalates produced by typical pollutant sources in indoor environment.This thesis summarized the concentration level and pollution characteristics of PAEs in indoor air in different places at home and abroad,and summarized the sources of PAEs in indoor air,what's more,measured the PAEs volatilization strength coefficient KvspAEs of common decoration materials and products which had improved the database of PAEs volatilization strength coefficient of plastic products and laid the foundation on the establishment of the follow-up model.This paper further explored the correlation of the influential factors(mainly the KvspAEs index of typical pollutant sources and various environmental factors include temperature,the time,humidity and atmospheric pressure)and PAEs concentration released from indoor pollution.On the basis of preliminary research,two kinds of plastic products were further increased.And according to a large amount of research data,the main factors that influenced PAEs concentration released from typical plastic products were the three important indexes:temperature,the time and the PAEs volatilization strength coefficient,the effect of PAEs content in the products was less than that of t the PAEs volatilization strength coefficient on the release concentration of PAEs.For the first time,the equilibrium half-life and decay half-life of PAEs pollutant sources were defined.Typical PAEs pollutant sources were selected as disposable tablecloth,PVC wallpaper and automotive leather.Through the environmental chamber experimental data and literature research,this paper determined PAEs attenuation model calculated and identified the attenuation half-life and the balanced half-life of different pollutant sources.The balanced half-life of PVC wallpapers automotive leather and disposable tablecloths are 8.31 days,14.65 days and 6.90 days respectively.The attenuation half-life are 50.31 days,47.94 days,65.92 days respectively.It is concluded that the greater the PAEs volatilization strength coefficient,the greater the amount of pollutants released unit mass and unit surface area of pollution source per day in the balanced half-life and attenuation half-life.This thesis perfected the pollution characteristics database of typical pollution index(PAEs),defined the two concepts that are equilibrium half-life and half-life of phthalate pollution sources for the first time,and calculated the balanced half-life and the attenuation half-life of typical plastic products and materials at a certain temperature.Of course,the two types of half-life play an important role in revealing the regularity and characteristics of indoor air PAEs pollution from pollutant sources,and also lay the foundation for determining the main sources of PAEs pollution in the actual environment.
