Improve The Research On The Quality Of The Public Ecological Culture In Suzhou

In 2011,suzhou has four county-level cities and six districts had jurisdiction over all become pilot ecological civilization,the city of utilization of resource conservation and environmental pollution control,as well as the harmonious relationship between people to have a deeper understanding,also have higher requirements and standards.Construction of ecological civilization need to rely on the concerted efforts of the government and the public,therefore suzhou to build a real ecological civilization city,must be strong to raise public awareness of ecological civilization and literacy.This study is based on the request of \"planning of ecological civilization in suzhou,the suzhou public depth of investigation and analysis of present situation of the ecological civilization accomplishment,the suzhou city ecological civilization quality investigation and study for the first time.By constructing ecological civilization suzhou public quality evaluation system,design of ecological civilization quality questionnaire and investigate implementation method,sample data are obtained.According to the concept and connotation of ecological civilization accomplishment to build ecological civilization qualities of four parts,namely ecological civilization knowledge of cognition,the public values of ecological civilization,ecological civilization public attitudes and public ecological civilization behavior.From the four dimensions of comprehensive assessment from the actual situation of suzhou public ecological civilization quality and performance characteristics.From age,culture level,occupation,income,environmental protection activities,etc,the paper analyzes the current situation of suzhou citizens' quality of ecological civilization,analyze the citizen quality culture construction achievements and shortcomings,has been clear about the suzhou public education in such aspects as knowledge strong contrast,ecological civilization of urban and rural differences,environment consciousness of problems existing in the serious lack of rule of law.Explore summed up the suzhou to strengthen government social propaganda education,strengthening public school education of ecological civilization,different levels through the platform solid actively promote the Sue the development of folk environmental protection organization,gradually establish and perfect the system of public participation in ecological civilization,strengthen the research of the public's awareness of ecological civilization effective way to improve the quality of the ecological civilization and strategy.
