Study On Construction Of Ecological Civil Ization System In Wuzhong District,Suzhou City

System construction plays a significant role in ecological civilization construction in that the construction of a favorable system model will give a major push to the development of ecological civilization.To construct China into a beautiful country,perfecting ecological civilization system construction is paramount.The Integrated Reform Plan for Promoting Ecological Progress issued in September,2015 is the general guideline of current ecological civilization system construction.Ever since the 18th CPC National Congress,the Wuzhong District of Suzhou Municipality has been actively pushing forward ecological civilization construction,especially making certain achievements in terms of system construction.Nevertheless,there still exist several problems and challenges.This paper adopts case study and text analysis to interpret the series of policies and reports issued by Wuzhong District,research the process and experience of its ecological civilization system construction,sort out features,effects and problems of developments in terms of county-level ecological progress,make objective comments on the current situation of local ecological civilization system construction and summarize the integration of ecological civilization construction with the other four constructions as well as the unique path to realize ecological civilization construction,and,finally,propose policies to further improve local ecological civilization system construction in accordance with the requirements of the CPC Central Committee and the objectives mentioned in the 13th Five-year Plan of Wuzhong District.This paper samples Wuzhong District of Suzhou Municipality to study ecological civilization system construction in municipal districts as well as on the county level,in the hope of providing certain valuable inspirations for ecological civilization system construction on the county level.
