In recent years, the exploitation of offshore energy is increasingly valued by human beings and the offshore platform that serves as a key role in the marine energy exploitation is becoming larger and larger with the continuous improvement of mining capacity. Thus the various technologies involved in the installation process of the offshore platform are also becoming more and more complex and the large scale structure continuous synchronous lifting technology plays a role in the installation process. This paper is aimed at do a jot at studing on the technology of large scale structure continuous synchronous lifting technology. With 3D design software, the mechanical structure design of the system is completed, and the finite element analysis of the main mechanical parts in different working conditions is carried out.In particular, the structure of the heighly cumulation with flanger is optimized. In order to make this system jack synchronously, the volume synchronization control mode with on-off valve is applied in the single jack-up point and the variable frequency cooperative control mechanism for the multi-jack-up points is used. Both of these two hydraulic are given respectively with some description for specific hydraulic component. In order to get the multi supports jack synchronously, the multi-point master-slave control mode is used in this system. With the PROFIBUS-DP field bus technology,SIMATIC Manager and WinCC software, the software and hardware configuration of the system and the specific implementation of the method are described in detail. In the end of this paper, the prototype of a large scale structure of the continuous lifting system of the large scale structure is presented, and some work of the data archive and analysis for a part of this system is completed.
