Coal mine transport is an important project of the whole coal production system,which is one of the important factors that affect the production efficiency.The posterior roadway coal belt is between the coal minng face and the main roadway.There are many corners in the posterior roadway and the geological condition is poor.In the construction of coal mine automation system,the main transportation is more concerned than the posterior roadway,large belt conveyors are more concerned than the small belt conveyors.It is necessary to design a low power operation control system for posterior transport belts based on power line carrier communication for the low level of automation,low efficiency of equipment,low capacity of information sharing and poor energy consumption.In order to realize the automation of the posterior coal conveyor belt and reduce the power consumption,the power carrier communication technology and the single chip microcomputer control technology were used in the posterior belt transportation control system.Fuzzy immune PID intelligent control algorithm achieve belt conveyor intelligent tracking load and low-power transport through the belt drive motor frequency control.The traditional PID control,fuzzy PID control and fuzzy immune PID control method were used to simulate the frequency conversion system in the MATLAB/Simulink,in order to verify the accuracy,timeliness and stability of the fuzzy immune PID controller.The posterior road transportation control system not only adapts adequately to the automation requirements of the equipment,but also achieves the low-power operation of the reartransport belt.The high stability,strong adaptability,low power consumption of the system are very important to realizey the automation and intelligence of the underground posterior transportation belt conveyor.
