| Among all the non renewable resources,the coal,with the most extensive use,plays an indispensable role in our country.As our country’s economy is growing rapidly,the use of coal is increasing.Our country is very rich in coal reserves,and there is no new energy to replace coal totally,so coal is still the most important energy in future for a long period of time.However,due to a large number of coal mining,the coal resources is decreasing.In order to meet the needs of coal mining,that is,not only to extract the coal,but also to ensure that the surface will not collapse,paste filling is a kind of technology that the coal mining and filling are almost simultaneously.In the process of coal mining,it is very important to apply the paste filling technology.The paste is a kind of mixed paste fluid,and the main components are cementing material,coal gangue,fly ash and water.The paste is injected into the ground through the filling pump,to finish the filling process.With the exploitation of coal resources at home and abroad,the paste filling technology has gradually become mature,but there are still some shortcomings,for instances,the formation of the paste is not qualified,the phenomenon of plugging during the filling process and so on.Based on neural network theory,this paper optimize the equipment of paste filling batching and weighing device,building mathematical model of feeding speed and matching accuracy.The optimal solution was obtained by using the software of Matlab to get the ratio of raw materials more rapid and accurate.At the same time,on the basis of the existing paste filling mixing station,the key technology of the mixing process is optimized according to the structural principle and working mode of the concrete mixer truck.And through the finite element simulation,the simulation results show that the simulation of the mixing station model is affected by the external wind load and snow load stability.Then the parametric model of the main components in the filling station is established,and the whole system parametric design model base is built.Finally,the three-dimensional model is built after the optimization of the paste filling equipment,which improves the paste filling technology. |
