Coal is an important non-renewable mineral resource in our country,its application range is very wide.and it is the main expendable resource in China,which is irreplaceable for a long time.With the continuous development of the coal industry and the increase of the state’s environmental protection,it is an important development direction for the coal mine to carry out near-zero damage mining,green mining and full mining.In recent years,the paste filling technology has received extensive attention and has made considerable progress.However,the paste filling preparation system also has the phenomenon of material weighing hopper sticking and blockage,which affects the continuity of system work;at the same time,the paste filling preparation system with different filling capacity has problems such as high design difficulty and many repetitive designs.Aiming at the problems existing in the preparation system of paste filling,this paper makes the following work:First of all,the functional adaptability optimization design and structural strength optimization design of the powder weighing hopper in the paste filling preparation system are studied.The function parameters and structure strength of the weighing hopper are optimized to ensure that the weighing hopper does not cause clogging and sticky material when blanking,which is more conducive to the falling of filling materials.At the same time,the stiffness and strength of the weighing hopper are increased to ensure the continuity of the production and processing of the whole paste filling preparation system.Further,the topological optimization of weighing bucket support frame is carried out to reduce material consumption and cost savings under the premise of ensuring its rigidity and strength.Secondly,the concept of parametric design was introduced in the design process of the paste filling preparation system.The basic theory,design principles and design ideas of the parametric design were analyzed.The parametric design ideas of the paste filling system and the constraints assembly relationships of the parts and components modules are analyzed.,which laid the theoretical foundation and design foundation for the parametric design of the whole paste filling preparation system.Again,based on the parametric design function of Pro/Program,the dimensiondrive link of the part driving parameters and other parameters is established by the design theory of dimension driving method.The parametric design program of the parts is written to complete the parametric design of the parts of the paste filling system,and the rapid creation of the part model is realized.Finally,on the basis of the parametric design of the parts,a bottom-up design method is used to design the sub-components of the system and the whole system under the conditions of assembly constraints and size constraints.Establishing the drive links of the total driving parameters of the system and the parts and component parameters,and the characteristics of the model will be changed by the change of the characteristic parameters.Then writing the sub-components and system parametric program and completion of parametric design of paste filling preparation system.It can quickly build different filling ability of the paste filling preparation system of 3 d model,reducing the workload of design,improves the design efficiency.
