With the rise of Chinese labor costs,the demographic dividend of manufacturing field gradually disappear.The textile industry as a traditional labor-intensive industries,face austere challenge.At the same,thetextile machinery should be transfor-mation and upgrading too.The transport of weaping shaft is an key link in the process of weaving.The tradition transport is completed by labors but it increases the cost of production greatly due to labor intensive,and low efficiency.The automation and intelligentization realize the transport will be an inevitable trend.This paper mainly for transport installing and uninstalling of warp beam in the prcession of warping,bases on the massion of the real practice,developed automatic installing and uninstalling,improves warehouse flexibility and acheivethe modeofoperation from acargo automation topeople.Thedetails are as follows:Firstly,this paper describes the proplem of weaping shaft transport and the practice work mode,bases on motion curve analyzed of sizing machine weaving shaft automatic installing and uninstalling and planning to reasonable curve and standardand overall design of thesizing machine weaving shaft automatic installing and uninstalling,including lifting mechanism,geartrainstructuretravelling m-echanism and so on.What's more,accordingto the parameters required forliftingand travelling,the suitable mator are selected.Secondly,on the basis of travelling mechanism and work environment,set up the kinematics model of differential steering.Structure of underpan is executed static analysis with ANSYS,and is proved the fessibility of walking unit on the theory.This paper designs the structure of installing/uninstalling unit of sizing machine weaving shaft automatic installing and u-ninstalling,haunched beam is optimized with the PSO.Finally,the paper majorstudy the navigationand positioning servo control system solutions of automatic installing and uninstalling.The paper puts forward the way of magnetic guidance to realizing the accurate positioning,and study the theory ofcorrecting error.servo control system uses nobrushed DC servo motor,and control algorithm and introduces the hardware selected of the control system.
