As a class of well-known endocrine disrupters,bisphenols,bisphenols digycidyl ethers and their derivatives could migrate into food through some ways,such as packing materials.It is essential to detect bisphenols,bisphenols digycidyl ethers and their derivatives in dairy products.This thesis mainly explored the sample preparation methods and detection methods of these compounds in dairy products.Analytes were acetylated,combined with dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction,a gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for detection of bisphenol A and bisphenol B was developed.By evaluating conditions of derivatization and extraction,the procedure of sample preparation was optimized.The sensitivity and selectivity of instrument were improved by optimizing parameters of mass spectrometry.Eventually,the analytes had good linearity in the range of 1?100 ?g/L.The LOQs were in the range of 0.2?0.5 ?/kg.The average recoveries were in the range of 73.7%?84.2%.The intra-day and inter-day reproducibility were 3.0%?5.9%and3.9%?7.7%,respectively.A high performance liquid chromatography coupled with fluorescence detection combined with solid phase extraction(SPE)technique was developed for simultaneous detecting 15 bisphenols,bisphenols digycidyl ethers and their derivatives in dairy products.The separation condition in liquid chromatography was optimized by investigating sections including columns,mobile phases and column temperature.At the same time,the types of extract solvents,SPE cartridges,leacheates and elution solvents were screened,and sample preparation method was also optimized.The results of method validation showed that good linearity was obtained in their corresponding concentration ranges of 15 target compounds.The LOQs ranged from 10 to 100 ?g/kg.The average recoveries were in the range of 81.5%?97.5%.Based on QuEChERS technique,an ultra-high liquid chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry method for high throughput determination of 21 bisphenols,bisphenols digycidyl ethers and their derivatives in dairy products was developed.In this experiment,conditions of chromatography,mass spectrometry and sample preparation were optimized.Eventually,a simple,fast and sensitive analytical method was proposed.Every target compound revealed good linearity in their corresponding concentration ranges.The LOQs ranged from 0.02 to 5.00 ?g/kg.The average recoveries were in the range of 88.2%?108.2%.
