Oil shale is a kind of new energy,which has been widely concerned.The effective utilization of oil shale residue is the key problem of the sustainable development of oil shale industry.At present,China's oil shale residue except for a small portion was used,most of them are piled up in the open.The main chemical components of the oil shale residue is SiO2 and Al2O3,stacked directly,not only a waste of resources,but also can cause pollution and destruction to the environment.So,the utilization of oil shale residue has the important practical significance.This paper takes Shandong Longkou oil shale residue as raw material,on the one hand,it is used as rubber filler by the means of carbonization and surface modification to determine the best process conditions;on the other hand,using the alkali fusion hydrothermal synthesis zeolite P and X.And the synthetic zeolite adsorbs organic pollutants.Then,it can achieve effective utilization of oil shale residue from two aspects.The results show that:The optimum conditions of rubber composites are as follows: the smaller the particle size(2.005 ?m),the filling amount of 10,carbonization 2 h in the temperature of 600 oC,surface modification with silane coupling agent(2%).The cross-linking effect of oil shale residue and rubber matrix is the best,and the tensile strength of composites is the highest.The optimum conditions of P zeolite are as follows: the basicity of 5%,the hydrothermal temperature of 150 oC,the hydrothermal time of 8 h,the solid-liquid ratio of 50 g/L.Then,the synthesis of P zeolite is good crystallinity and high purity.The optimum conditions of X zeolite are as follows: the seed amount of 5 ml,the basicity of 6%,the hydrothermal temperature of 110 oC,the hydrothermal time of 12 h,the solid-liquid ratio of 60 g/L.Then,the synthesis of X zeolite is good crystallinity and high purity.The optimum conditions of removal of methylene blue by two zeolite adsorbents are as follows: the adsorbent dosage is 2 g/L,the initial concentration of the solution is 30 mg/L,and the pH value of the solution is more than 5.
