The electrostatic spinning technology is the most efficient in the production of nanofibers new processing technology,nanofibers prepared by the electrostatic spinning techniquehave great application prospect in the field of gas sensor.Moreoer,what's enhanced the gas-sensitive property of oxide semiconductors is the advantage of being stable and difficult to reunite as the one-dimensional materials of the oxide nanomaterials with hollow structure,and these advantages also take a good development prospect to itself.Since the good gas-sensing properties was found,ZnO nanomaterials get more and more attentions of scholars both at home and abroad for its good physical and chemical properties.In this paper,PAN fibers prepared by electrostatic spinning technology is used as the template,prepared ZnO nanomaterials and its modified materials named SnO2/ZnO and NiO/ZnO with Hydrothermal.The prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction?XRD?,scanning electron microscopy?SEM?,transmission electron microscopy?TEM?,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy?XPS?,and energy dispersion spectrum?EDX?to analyses the physical structure and gas-sensitive properties.The results show:?1?SnO2/ZnO?1?The surface of PAN nanofibers is smooth,and the diameter is uniform,ZnO and SnO2/ZnO is hollow tubes.SnO2/ZnO showed higher crystallinity with no other impurities.?2?By contrast ZnO and SnO2/ZnO on gas sensitive performance,we can see that as the increase of SnO2 doping ratio,the response of SnO2/ZnO samples to methanol increased first and then decreased,while the doping ratio is 1 mol/mol,the sample performed the highest response to methanol,and showed a high selectivity.?3?Gas sensitive test results show that with the raise of test temperature,theresponse of SnO2/ZnO samples to ethanol and acetone increased first and then decreased,while the temperature is 340 ?,all samples showed the highest sensitivity.?2?NiO/ZnO?1?The surface of PAN nanofibers is smooth,and the diameter is uniform,ZnO and NiO/ZnO is hollow tubes.NiO/ZnO showed higher crystallinity with no other impurities.?2?By contrast ZnO and NiO/ZnO on gas sensitive performance,we can see that as the increase of NiO doping ratio,the response of NiO/ZnO samples to ethanol and acetone increased first and then decreased,while the doping ratio is 0.125 mol/mol,the sample performed the highest response to ethanol;while the doping ratio is0.1875 mol/mol,the sample performed the highest response to acetone,and both of them showed a high selectivity.?3?Gas sensitive test results show that with the raise of test temperature,the response of NiO/ZnO samples to ethanol and acetone increased first and then decreased,while the temperature is 300 ?,all samples showed the highest sensitivity.
