Spiral bevel gear is a kind of widely used in ships,drilling platform,such as space on the gear,and most of the current is using a special machine for processing and manufacturing of spiral bevel gears,but for the large size of the special machine tool still relies on import in our country,the special machine tool using the numerical control system of each are not identical,the special function of form a complete set of special processing machine tool software system rich or not,degree of easy to operate in a certain extent determines the performance of the special machine tool.This article is based on the above factors to consider,in view of Shenyang University of Technology and Shijiazhuang textile machinery co.,LTD.Cooperation r&d GCMT2500 dedicated machine tool of spiral bevel gears,gear machining software design.Through the study about the present situation of special machine tool of spiral bevel gears at home and abroad,to special machine tool,and then study of heidenhain system with PLC,and the heidenhain system a few free development tools for research,in order to understand the heidenhain system development environment,then the processing method of the spiral bevel gears,and with arc tooth wimble gear as an example,and the arc tooth of spiral bevel gear geometry parameters,cutting tool,machine tool adjustment parameters and process parameters were studied,for behind the design of special processing software system to offer help.Study of special GCMT2500 spiral bevel gear machine tool,to understand its structure and function.Then the gear processing and the overall framework of the software system design,including which modules,what is the function of each module.Through the study of the learning of the python language,programming module parameters of processing software of man-machine interface design and programming.How and simply introduces the manmachine interface embedded into the heidenhain system.Finally,one of the main interface of python programming to illustrate the logic thinking.By using Renishaw laser XL-80 interferometer to GCMT2500 special machine tool positioning accuracy and repeat precision testing,and the error compensation,to improve the machining accuracy of machine tools.Through the system control loop parameters is optimized to reduce machining error of the workpiece contour.Through the cycloid bevel gear machining instances of application to illustrate the significance of this topic.
