Pneumatic transmission technology has become an important part of the machinery industry in various fields.With the rapid development of pneumatic technology and extensive practical application,a new high-performance pneumatic components and pneumatic control system appear constantly.In this article,through the analysis of development trends at home and abroad,it is concluded that in underground special not laying track area of the domestic part of the working poor small mines,large equipment or its componentsis difficult to carry in underground transportation.The article puts forward the design and research of this topic for the small and medium-sized coal mine special section of the actual situation of equipment transportation difficulties.The article put forward the safe and efficient design requirements;using a push-pull walk design principle to put forward by two groups of three alternate steps to realize the optimal solution of step walk;completed the step type transportation organization structure design,and this paper expounds the concrete step walk and institutions to the action principle and control process.Using linear transient dynamic toanalysis the mode of stepped type transport mechanism,and using two kinds of institutions(by three fixed constraint and six fixed constraint)respectively for the acceleration impact analysis,the improved scheme are proposed according to the simulation results,and analyzed to verify again.The structure designed according to this topic later improvement scheme was basically completed the prototype production.The article applied the Programmable Logic Controller based on pneumatic control system to realize the control of the transportation organization:the organization principle of pneumatic system is given;the components of the structural parameters were analyzed;the correlation of pneumatic test and the PLC control run of stepped type transport mechanism is verified.Auxiliary transport is conducive to the development of the application of advanced machinery in mining,and conducive toimprove the efficiency of mining andensure the safety of mine.The auxiliary transport agencies use step walk principle,adopts pneumatic way implementation step,and it can achieve the required steering Angle.Realization and application of this institution can greatly reduce the difficulty of the underground special location short auxiliary transportation,and itplay a positive role to improve the efficiency and safety production in coal mine production.
