As an efficient and modern equipment of coal mine auxiliary transportationsystem, monorail hoist can be used in the auxiliary transportation of coal mineunderground workers, materials and equipment and so on. The advantages of beingsafe,no car-running, no derailment, not affected by the floor, strong ability ofclimbing and flexible turning abilities, enable the monorail hoist transportation systemhave quite broad application prospects in the coal mine auxiliary transportationsystem. But because of the domestic lack of deeper research in monorail hoistauxiliary transportation system, people can only use the foreign applicationexperience to do the type-selection and design. They go on the type-selection anddesign without studying the mine’s geological conditions and roadway conditions.And they also don’t have a mature and standard design method of the monorail hoistauxiliary transportation system, which has a quite serious limit on extension of theapplication effect of monorail hoist.This paper mainly focused on the study of the standard design method and keytechnology of the monorail hoist auxiliary transportation system under complexconditions, expecting to improve the design level of this complex conditional system,strengthen the adaptability and performance of the product and transportationefficiency and safety. The following are the main research work:(1)After analyzing the needs for auxiliary transportation system in high-yieldingand efficient mine and the existing problems, in line with serving the roadway designof complex conditional monorail hoist transportation system, the demand analysis anddesign of the system, type-selection and design, the performance and key technologyof the monorail hoist auxiliary transportation equipment and other aspects, this paperstudies the standard design method of the monorail hoist auxiliary transportationsystem and constructs the system.(2) It gives some modification advices to the application conditions of designspecifications of monorail hoist and the running resistance coefficient. Basing on thecomplex traffic condition of roadway in mine, this paper builds a monorail hoisttransportation system which allows workers to get to working face from shaft stationand solves the serialization problems of monorail hoist transportation system undercomplex condition.(3) By using three dimensional solid modeling software Pro/E5.0to build a threedimensional model of the diesel engine monorail transport system, importing the model into ADAMS and giving loads and constrains to it, and setting relativeparameters, this paper analyzes the dynamic configuration of monorail hoist, and getsthe optimized allocation scheme of engine parts, and solves the power shortageproblems of big inclined ramp traction.(4) This paper simplifies the trail as elastic supported Euler-Bernoull beam.Giving consider to the influence on the trails that the convected inertial force andacceleration of the bearing trolley gives, this paper uses D’Alembert principle todeduce the tail’ s vibration equation under the action of the moving bearing trolley,and uses modeling method of the mode superposition and gets the variable coefficientdifferential equations relating to the modal coordinates. By using Newmark-βalgorithm, it gets the numerical solution and gets the relationship between naturalfrequency of trail coupling system, trail’s vibration deflection and the bearing trolley’svelocity, acceleration and position, which gives basis to the assessment of dynamicdesign, control of vibration and dynamic performance of monorail track system.The implement of this project offers the conditions for monorail hoisttransportation system to run under complex conditions. And meanwhile, it also getsquite good social and economical interests on decreasing staff members but increasingthe work effect and reducing accident rates and other aspects.
