Monorail crane,as an important part of auxiliary transportation in coal mine,includes heavy-duty monorail crane(diesel monorail crane)and light-duty monorail crane(such as pneumatic monorail crane).Among them,diesel monorail crane is used to transport heavy equipment such as hydraulic support,while pneumatic monorail crane is used for light-duty transportation of coal mines.Because of its safe operation,green environmental protection and high efficiency,it has been widely used in coal mines to assist light-duty transportation.This paper aims to optimize the research results by improving the design of pneumatic monorail crane mechanical and pneumatic systems to improve the performance of pneumatic monorail cranes.According to the application conditions and design requirements of pneumatic monorail suspension,the main research in this thesis is as follows:(1)Firstly,the aerodynamic system modeling theory is deduced and studied,and the influence of temperature and pressure on the system is analyzed and calculated.On the basis of research,by analyzing the force of the pneumatic monorail crane(hereinafter referred to as crane)during the walking and braking process,The MATLAB program calculates the relationship between the bearing capacity and the track slope and the braking distance when the crane is fully loaded downhill,and studies the lifting capacity and braking performance of the system.Based on the above research,the locomotive structure and the pneumatic control system are designed,the parameters of the main components are calculated and selected.(2)According to the pneumatic control system,the simulation is carried out by AMESim and FluidSIM software respectively.The results show that the transportation and carrying system can effectively complete the work of the crane,and the system during walking,braking and lifting process is stable and meet the requirements;the mathematical model of the remote control system of the crane is derived.The motion equation and dynamic equation of the remote control process are established,and the remote control system is simulated in FluidSIM software to verify that the remote control process of the locomotive is fast and in accordance with the application conditions.(3)After completing the simulation analysis of the pneumatic control system,the 3D model of the key components of the crane is analyzed by finite element analysis using ANSYS/workbench,and the kinematics analysis of the braking process is carried out by Solidworks/Motion.The results show that the crane movement process is consistent with the calculation result and meets the work requirements.The key parts of the crane can be elastically deformed under stress and the stress can reach the standard.After completing the crane physical prototype,the transportation and load-bearing system are tested under simulated underground application conditions.The results show that the braking,walking and lifting process of the pneumatic monorail crane can meet the design requirements.The test is carried out on the track which simulates the condition of underground coal mine in the factory.The test results meet the design and test requirements.In this thesis,the research on pneumatic monorail structure and pneumatic system will help to improve the performance of the whole machine and the subsequent optimization and improvement.
