Along with our country economic development, the rapid growth for coaldemand and the continuous expansion of coal mine production and constructionscale make coal mine safety production face great pressure. It is one of thecrucial restriction factors of coal mine safety production in our country that thefrequency and severity of the coal mine accident results in a great harm on coalmine workers lives and property. By reason of relatively single method, poorequipment, backward technology, mine accident emergency rescue appear moretime-consuming, laborious, and high risk, low success rate of rescue. Therefore,to develop a feasible, effective and practical rescue system is quite necessary.On the basis of the analysis and research of on-site rescue process and maindesign index of mine vertical rescue rope hoisting system, this topic put forwardthe overall design scheme of the system, and described in detail the structure andfunction of the resacue capsule and the structure design of the head frame. Andthe key parameters for the design of the system was calculated and checked. Inaddition, this topic also completed the hydraulic system design of the brakingdevice. By using SolidWorks software and the ADAMS software, this topicfinished the establishment of the three-dimensional entity model of parts of themodules of mine rescue vertical rescue hoisting system in various.The steel ropemodel was established.The winding model and contact-collision processbetween the steel rope and head sheave,winding drum was simulated.This topicfinished virtual assembly of the whole machine model. The virtual prototype ofthe mine rescue vertical rescue hoisting system is established. And throughANSYS Workbench software, the strength and stability simulation analyze ofmain bearing part of mine vertical rescue rope hoisting system was finished.And optimization design was done. Finally, the design requirements ofheadframe structure was meet.Finally, kinematics and dynamics simulation analysis was conducted forvirtual prototype of vertical rescue hoisting system. The simulation resultsverified the correctness and feasibility of the model and the design parameters.And it also provided guidance for the design and further optimization of themodel.
