In the process of coal mine coal mining,the mine water inrush,flooding prone underground mine flood,can not guarantee the normal production and safety of underground drainage system undertakes the important task of coal mine production safety,has always been a priority among priorities in production,the mine submersible pump because of its flexibility can work normally under the ground to solve the problem of coal mining enterprises,construction of drainage mine,can effectively meet the normal mining,mine water inrush and timely drainage when water demand.The running environment of mine submersible pump is very bad,and the operation condition is complex,so it is very important for its safety and reliability.Compared with the electric submersible pump,pneumatic submersible pump adopts compressed air as power source,good safety,low cost,convenient carrying and flexible application,so the application in the coal mine drainage operation of small and medium scale wide.But because the pneumatic submersible pump in the underground non load or light load,prone to continuous process,the speed limit can be as high as 12000r/min?16000 r/min,the pump speed is too fast,extremely easy to cause the"speed" phenomenon,caused by the turbine blade and the side wall of the pump body is broken,there is a big security risk.In order to prevent the phenomenon of "runaway"and realize the safe,reliable and continuous unattended automatic drainage operation,a kind of automatic control system of pneumatic submersible pump is needed.The focus of this paper is:according to the pneumatic submersible pump light load or no-load the "speed" phenomenon,the design of light load or no-load automatic speed limit "the coasters" pneumatic submersible pump control system,proposed the design and experimental verification methods related to the related basic principle,and the pneumatic control system simulation analysis and according to the pneumatic control system structure diagram,build gas in simulation software AMESim dynamic simulation model of the control system,without affecting the normal work of the system to verify the automatic speed pneumatic submersible pump,through the design of experiment and industrial experiment,realize the automatic speed pneumatic submersible pump,submersible pump improves the automation of mine monitoring.Specific contents are as follows:First of all,from the overall design of automatic speed control system with the structural design of the pneumatic control system,liquid level control system are introduced;Secondly,the explosion-proof box framework for the design and manufacture,the selection of electro pneumatic components of the system,according to the design of simulation speed pneumatic submersible pump automatic control system limit.And verify the function of automatic speed limit;Thirdly,pneumatic submersible pump control technology of industrial experiment,automatic speed limit for debugging and research,Finally,based on the AMESim simulation software,without affecting the normal work of the system to verify the automatic speed pneumatic submersible pump.
