Study On Construction Routing Of Local Government's Green Management In China

The idea of green development is another major innovation in the development of society in our country.With the rapid development of the economy and the increase of population,human living environment is becoming increasingly worse.Environmental problems are becoming a hot issue in our country's national governance.Environmental protection and improvement are gradually being taken seriously by all levels of government,protecting the ecological environment and building socialistic ecological civilization as one of the targets of government governance.As a state organ of power,the government has the authorities and forcibility,the government plays an active role in protecting and managing the ecological environment.In the meantime,government has the huge responsibility that is inescapable in promoting ecological progress,building a moderately prosperous society in all respects;and in realizing development goals like building beautiful China and green homes.First of all,Ecological management and environmental protection belongs to the administration of the environmental protection agency and the relevant units all the time.At present,China's economic development is at a special period,factors like environment,resource,ecological greatly influence the development of our future economy.If we follow the traditional pattern of development,it will be difficult for China to support the coexistence and sustainable development between people and nature.In order to ensure the long-term development of our country,the government has to lead directly;only comprehensive green management can solve ecological problems and promote sustainable economic and social development in our country.Second,China has a vast territory,although the total resources are at the forefront of the world,the per capita resource ownership is low.Furthermore,lack of nature resource and the increase of ecological problems are seriously affect the sustainable development of social and economic development and people's normal life.Fragile ecology,serious environmental problems hinder the development of some part of the area,increase the pressure of economic and social development,make thenatural disasters occurred frequently,causing massive economic losses,it has also made many residents lost their homes.These problems have already beyond the scope of the environmental protection agency and other related units,these problems requires state authority to execute,so the government launched the green management is the need of the current social problems and development of our country.In the end,as the main body of our country,the government should put the scientific outlook on development and green development concept as the guiding ideology,should start from their own green jobs,and accelerate the construction of a green economy,to promote coordinated development of man and nature.Drive the social from all walks of life and set up correct yes environmental awareness,efforts to solve the current environmental pollution problems during the construction of Chinese characteristic socialism and the ecological crisis and the contradiction between economic and social development needs,to aim at the sustainable development,establish a conservation-minded society and environment friendly society effectively promote government green management to benefit the people.This article is divided into seven parts.The first part is the introduction.This paper mainly expounds the background and meaning of the paper,domestic and international research status,research methods,research difficulties and innovation of the research.The second part is about relevant concept definition and theoretical basis.In the third part,analyze the importance and current situation of China implements green management.In the fourth part,the shortcomings of the green managementconstruction of local governments are analyzed.In the fifth part,advanced experience and enlightenment of the foreign governments are promoting green management.The sixth part of the article is the proposal routing of the green management construction of local governments.Finally,the last part is the conclusion of the whole thesis,summarize this article.
