In recent years, with the continuous emergence of new synthetic materials, the application of plastic is more and more wide, the role of plastic materials in the production of enterprises is also more and more obvious. Especially the concept of circular economy in China, the task of energy saving more and more attention, which makes the energy-saving injection molding machine injection molding machine or the existing energy saving has become a very important development direction of the plastic machinery. The essence of energy saving of injection molding machine is to reduce the energy loss and improve the utilization of energy. The response to the national energy-saving and environmental protection effect, according to the specific requirements of modern energy saving and optimization of injection molding machine, injection molding machine equipment on the CJ650M3 itself, raw materials to improve the performance of the injection molding machine combined with the production of parts, mold for injection molding machine and the improvement of equipment, research the new energy-saving and consumption reduction method for CJ650M3 injection molding machine, the the system is studied, the main research contents are as follows:A new type of injection machine servo system is designed, and the working principle and structure of the various components in the injection molding machine system are analyzed and optimized. In this injection molding machine products, using MOLDFLOW mode flow analysis and simulation software for the use of raw materials to optimize the product. The use of UG modeling and simulation software of advanced mold, injection molding machine used in the simulation analysis and optimization design, combined with the overall system of injection molding machine properly combined, established the simulation model of the new type of mould.Using the system of servo system of injection molding machine, mold flow analysis, the scheme of advanced modeling and analysis, finally combining the concept of original design CJ650M3 injection molding machine, the simulation study on the model of energy consumption reduction system, obtained the following conclusions:1? To improve the overall performance of the injection molding machine;2?Optimize the injection molding machine production capacity, so that the failure rate of injection molding machine down to 5%, maintenance rate dropped to three years or even longer time;3?So that the injection molding machine's environmental protection and energy saving effect is better, the energy saving rate is about 50%;4?With the optimization and upgrading of the injection molding machine production of good stability, product precision consistency has been improved, so that the product pass rate of more than 99%;5?The system can not only meet the CJ650M3 injection molding machine, but also can be applied to other injection molding machine according to the specific requirements, so that similar injection molding machine system has good performance, to meet the requirements of its energy saving and consumption reduction.
