| According to the 15061 fully-mechanized caving working face in Xin’an coal mine,with the measures of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and pressure monitoring,the behavior law of surrounding rock in gob-side entry retaining and its control technology was studied.The surrounding rock deformation of gob-side entry retaining was divided by stages based on the movement characteristics of overlying strata.By establishing the mechanics model of main roof surrounding rock structure,the calculation formula of the support strength was obtained.The influence factors of surrounding rock deformation were analyzed from aspects of geology and technology.By building the mechanic model of immediate roof subsidence,the calculation formula and the relation between subsidence and support technology were obtained.Meanwhile,the main influencing factors were obtained.The stress characteristics and deformation features,distribution law of plastic zone,stress distribution of roadside support,the influence of different support parameters were obtained by numerical simulation.Then the mechanism of roadside supporting and reasonable supporting parameters with concrete block were studied.According to the working resistance of roadside supporting,the moving rule of surrounding rock was validated,finally the common failure form of roadside support wall was analyzed and improvement measure was proposed. |
