Automatic feeding can improve the quality of the processed products and save manpower greatly. How to improve feeding accuracy of the automatic feeding system is an important task of the automatic feeding research.The research to analysis and evaluate the movement accuracy reliability of the automatic feeding of the stamping equipment is done in the paper.Firstly,the paper does the research of theoretical.The paper uses the method of direct total differential method to carry on the theoretical derivation about movement deviation of the automatic feeding system of the stamping equipment. Combining the "the effective length theory " and the the wear model, the calculation formula of the movement deviation of the feeding system when the dynamic clearance is considered is got.We can get the movement precious reliability using it.Secondly,design the platform of the displacement measure.The paper designs the measure platform to measure the displacement of the automatic feeding system, through the measure platform,we can measure the size of every step, to statistics the data and give the data support to the subsequent research.Thirdly,to deal with the data we get. The paper will determine the type of data distribution by the Matlab firstly.To analysis the movement precious reliability of the mechanism, the paper will uses the functions of Matlab and the reliability module of the Ansys to do it and finally we can evaluate the movement precious reliability exactly.At last,The paper uses the visual basic language to combine the softwares of LabviewN Matlab and Ansys and does some function supplementDoing that, the measure system and the analysis system are combined.We get a completely measure and analysis system and can estimate the moving reliability of the feeding system of the stamping equipment effectively.
