The fluorescent whitening agent will be excited to produce blue or purple fluorescence under sunlight.This fluorescence can complement the yellow light emitted by the matrix body,thereby significantly improving its visual whiteness and producing a whitening effect.This characteristic makes it a high-efficiency brightening dye without harming the fiber.Fluorescent brighteners have high commercial value and are widely used in textiles,papermaking,detergents and other fields.The detergent field is currently the fastest growing field of optical brighteners.At present,liquid detergents account for an increasing proportion,but only CBS is the only fluorescent whitening agent product that can be used in liquid detergents.However,CBS is expensive,which is not conducive to market promotion.Therefore,the development of alternative products has become one of the hot spots in this field.The fluorescent whitening agent CXT has a low price,strong whitening ability and potential for substitution,but the disadvantage is poor water solubility.It is of great practical significance to liquefy CXT so that it can be easily incorporated into liquid detergents and solve the problem of CXT application in laundry detergents.The main content of this subject is to liquefy CXT and make powdered fluorescent whitening agent CXT into liquid fluorescent whitening agent CXT-L.Solve the problem of the application of CXT in the laundry detergent,and add the prepared CXT-L to the laundry detergent to test the compatibility with the laundry detergent.The thesis mainly includes three parts:First: Develop CXT liquid mixture formula.The first is to choose CXT semi-finished products as the experimental raw materials,and determine its quality requirements.Designed16 sets of formula experiments,comprehensively considered solvents,surfactants,cosolvents,water and other dissolution systems,and by investigating the solubility,stability and other indicators of the system,combined with cost estimation,the sample formula was finally determined.Specifically,CXT semi-finished products: 20%,diethylene glycol: 54%,TW-80: 10%,deionized water: 16%.Second: The process was explored.Designed 4 sets of process experiments.The product quality and production cost are comprehensively considered,and the feeding sequence,feeding method,temperature control and time control are explored.The process plan was finally determined: The first step is to add diethylene glycol and TW-80 to the system first,and then add CXT one by one.Stir for 1h in a water bath at 60°C,and then add water.Continue to heat and stir for 1.5h.After the reaction,the sample was centrifuged,and the supernatant was collected.And it has been verified by a magnification experiment.Third: Take several commercially available liquid fluorescent whitening agent products that can be used in liquid detergents as a control to evaluate the performance of the prepared CXT-L,including the performance evaluation of the fluorescent whitening agent itself,such as solubility and stability,Fluorescence intensity,viscosity and whitening performance of fabrics,etc.,finally proved that the experimental product CXT-L has proper solubility,strong stability,fluorescence intensity,viscosity and whitening performance of fabrics,etc.can meet the application needs.In accordance with the quality standards and testing methods of liquid detergents in "QB/T1224-2012 Liquid Detergents for Clothing",various tests have been carried out on laundry detergents with fluorescent brighteners,including: laundry detergent heat resistance and cold resistance stability,Washing and whitening performance,decontamination performance and other items.The result proves that all the indicators of laundry detergent meet the national standards.Finally,the economical comparison between CXT-L and CBS in laundry detergent was carried out.The results prove that the current CXT-L formula and process can obtain a transparent and brown sample with a fluorescence intensity of 31 points,which is convenient for application in laundry detergent without affecting other performances of laundry detergent.The product is cost-effective and has a certain market prospect.It is estimated that using CXT-L instead of CBS in laundry detergent can save 80 yuan per ton of laundry detergent,that is,the cost of fluorescent whitening agent can be reduced by 40%.
