As China's severe water shortage, National Emission Standards for water quality continues to improve, more and more municipal sewage treatment plant are using MBR for its excellent water quality, a small footprint and low sludge production, etc. But there has also been a lot of questioning voice for MBR because of its high costs. In order to objectively reflect the MBR in the municipal sewage treatment plant's operation, the paper by comparing Analytic Hierarchy Process method, Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method, Comprehensive evaluation method, etc. With the municipal sewage treatment plant MBR technoogy running technical characteristics, from cost control, technology performance, process operational and environmental benefits to choose 15 evaluations, final adoption fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to establish a municipal sewage treatment plant MBR technoogy Comprehensive Assessment Model.This paper investigates the 15 municipal sewage treatment plants as samples(in A-O represents). Mastered including investment, operating costs, design and operation standards, technical parameters and other datas. Of 15 sewage treatment plants to comprehensive evaluation for municipal sewage plant based MBR technology. Verify the applicability of the Comprehensive Assessment Model and L plant is the best. By comprehensive evaluation results, the comprehensive evaluation results consistent with actual operation. Description of municipal sewage treatment plants MBR comprehensive evaluation model has applicability. Through the results of the comprehensive evaluation, choose the best scores of the four water samples MBR technoogy as a typical case of a technical analysis and comparison.
