Economic development and environmental problems get more and more attention from all over the world.After 30 years of reform and opening up,China has remarkable rapid economic development.With the rapid development of economy is the continued evolution of economic structure,population growth,increased from coal supply has brought the serious energy and environmental problems.In the at0 mosphere have all kinds of serious pollution of the gas volume continues to increase,such as carbide,sulfide,environment pollution problem has to be reckoned with,sustainable development faces severe challenges.Therefore,in terms of our country,the environment of global economic integration,to face all kinds of energy as well as the factors of restricting the environmental conditions,the economic development and energy consumption and CO₂ emissions,the relationship between the three to have a clear understanding and equilibrium can be found,is not only advantageous to promote the development of economy and environment synchronization,also can help to deal with environmental economic policies and ensure environmental and social coordination,plays a vital role.Based on three years 1992,2002 and 2012 input-output table,combined with the relevant price index data,compiled the comparable price input-output table in 1992-2002-2012,at the same time use the table on the evolution of China's economic structure and the relationship of carbon dioxide emissions for empirical research.Analysis results show that in the late 90 s to 90 in our country mainly rely on expanding domestic demand and exports drive the rapid economic growth,at the same time,light industry and heavy industry eventually export expansion caused the increase of the carbon dioxide emissions.From 2002 to 2012,China's export expansion and technological progress to drive the economic growth at the same time,domestic demand has become the negative factors that affect economic growth,industrial sector in the expansion of exports and the discharge coefficient of the change has increased the carbon dioxide emissions.The resulting environmental pressure increase is the development of China's export-led model.China's rapid economic growth is the growth of environmental pressure with the advanced countries.For students,on the other hand,unreasonable use structure,the low efficiency of energy use to the economy and the environment are of great impact.So on the premise of existing,take the initiative to the consolidation of the industry and product structure,and formulate reasonable principles of market access,save energy and improve the efficiency of energy use,use some clean energy such as renewable energy to replace coal fuel,so that we can realize our country's economy is fast,clean,and sustainable development.
