| In common concrete,slag powder is added according to proportion,which will produce slag cement.Many properties of slag cement are better than ordinary Portland cement.During the process of production of slag cement,it will consume the waste produced by smelting iron and steel.As a result,our government encourages to establish the project of slag powder.How to control quality and produce efficiently during the process of slag milling,which is the key point to check whether this project is scientific.It is the mainstream to use milling slag to produce slag powder at present,which is more efficient than other milling equipments.However,because of its complex technological process and many influencing parameters,there is frequent vibration that results in machine’s halt,which makes the production not being continuous,meanwhile,leads to lower products’ quality.It is hysteretic and unstable to be handled only by the operator manually,which can not satisfy the normal requirements of production.According to these problems,it is important to design the automatic control loop to optimize controlling production in the production of slag cement,which makes the system of slag milling stable to operate.It is the background for this subject.The specific research work is as follows:(1)By making a research on technological process of slag milling,and analyzing technological elements which make influence on equipments’ stability,it makes sure of key parameters that needs sample analysis and milling condition recognition loop is designed.On the basis of analyzing,automatic layers control loop and automatic temperature control loop are designed,according to the problem of frequent machine’s halt and the requirement of controlling slag powder.(2)In the project of production of 2# slag cement,Anshan Jidong concrete company,based on the technology of producing milling slag,has designed six technological controlling modules,such as the group of grinding slag,the group of controlling milling machine,the group of external circle,the group of supplement of hot wind,the group o f transporting and storing the output.It is achieved by a series of ABB AC800 F products to make a whole design on the hardware of DCS controlling system.(3)On the above analysis,CBF engineer software has completed the software programming design of automatic controlling system for slag milling.This system has been under experiment in Anshan Jidong concrete company and got a good effect. |
