The development strategy of XX company was......In the past 30 years,China's steel industry has developed rapidly.Steel production increased from 66.03 million tons in 1990 to 832 million tons in 2017,and the global share increased from 9%to 50.5%.However,with the structural overcapacity of steel production,the country began to take control measures,which made many steel companies' production and management in trouble.In the process of enterprises seeking transformation and upgrading,the insufficiency of enterprise operations management has become one of its greatest obstacles.Under the background of a new era,the traditional steel enterprises' operating models are no longer adaptable to modern enterprise transformation and upgrading because of their inherent high energy consumption,high waste,and low efficiency.At the same time,due to the complexity of iron and steel production and the increasing demand for iron and steel production,operation and management,the operation and management of steel enterprises must also be addressed with a higher level of informatization.The Internet of Things is a means of using radio frequency technology to communicate between people and objects and between objects and objects.Since its inception,it has quickly attracted the attention of governments of all countries.Developed countries such as the United States,the European Union,South Korea,and Japan have already issued their own strategies for the development of the Internet of Things.China also formally listed the Internet of Things as one of China's five emerging industries in its government work report in 2009.The use of the Internet of Things for informationized operations management has also become an important direction for the development of business operations management.Based on this,this paper uses the JG Steel Group as an example to explore the significance of the Internet of Things(IoT)for the informationized operation and management of iron and steel enterprises.The main contents of this article are as follows:The first part of the article introduces the research background and significance of this article,and the research status of the Internet of Things in the information and operation management of steel enterprises.The second part mainly introduces the theoretical basis of operation management,including the theoretical basis of operation management and related methods of operation management.The third part elaborates on the concept of the Internet of Things,the system architecture of the Internet of Things,the key technologies of the Internet of Things,and the application fields of the Internet of Things in enterprise information management.The fourth part is focusing on the strategy analysis of Iron&steel enterprises operation management transformation with IoT.The fifth part analyzes the current situation of JG Group's application of IoT information management and the problems in production equipment management and logistics management.The fifth part proposes the construction of JG Group's information-based operation and management system based on the Internet of Things from four aspects:planning objectives,construction principles,system architecture and features,risks and avoidance measures.The final part summarizes and looks forward to the full text.
