The oil,gas and water went into the production wells from stratum,and in wellbore the oil-gas-water mixture will form single-phase,two-phase or oil-gas-water three-phase flow.With the continuous deepening of the oil and gas exploration and development,Daqing Oilfield and the major continental sedimentary oil fields are all already in the period of high-water-cut and extra-high-water-cut,while in the development process,the pressure of the oil field continues declining,when the bottom pressure of the well is below the bubble point pressure,that will occur the oil-gas-water three-phase flow situation.The intervention of gas phase could affect the measurement accuracy of the flow-meter.So how to eliminate the adverse effects of the gas phase use the advantages of existing mature phase flow measurement process and create select the appropriate model is the problem to be solved.As to the multiphase flow problem,the researchers usually regard the gas-water three-phase flow as gas-liquid two-phase flow to do the numerical simulation.However,multiphase-flow flow status is more complex than two-phase-flow,and it is to be investigated whether the two-phase-flow numerical simulation can react the current state of the three-phase-flow.This paper uses the software simulation method to solve the above problems.It can not only provide a theoretical basis for actual production,but also have an important practical significance.This matter conducts the study of the production profile down-hole gas-liquid separation mechanism and the gas-liquid separation efficiency,and it designs the gas-liquid separation structure,which is based the current collector umbrella gas-liquid process and is improved to the under-umbrella model.through the establishment of a mathematical model of multiphase flow and use of computational fluid dynamics meshing software GAMBIT and computing for software FLUENT,for the numerical simulation of gas-liquid separation unit,changing the gas-liquid separation device of the relevant parameter selection better structure.By numerical simulation results,can be set to achieve the effect of gas-liquid separation,but the scope has limitations,the results have a certain reference value.The paper completes the design of the gas-liquid separation device,the mathematical calculation,numerical simulation,etc.The results have certain theoretical and practical guiding significance for the development of new production profile of oil-gas-water gas-liquid separation device.
