With the rapid of China's economic development,the demand for oil is gradually increasing,constructing large vertical tank has become inevitable,because of the severe losses due to earthquake damage of the tank,the analysis and research that closed to the actual seismic analysis is especially important in the tank design.Therefore,this paper aimed at the tank research status,based on existing research carried out the research about vertical floating roof storage tanks and pile interaction and isolation layer Numerical Analysis under the auspices of the National Natural Science Foundation of China(51078063).The main contents are as follows:(1)Briefly describe background and significance of the research,introduce the structural system of vertical floating roof tank and make a detailed introduction of underlying type of the tank,summarize the progress of tank base isolation research and the interaction of tanks and soil.(2)Pile soil-the isolation layer-tank interaction base isolation finite element model:make 15×10~4m~3 tank finite element model by ADINA software,analysis the response of the interaction of pile basis-isolation layer-tank on the seismic of the isolation tank.use the line spring element simulate of the pile and the isolation layer,pile spring stiffness determine by"building pile technical specifications",select the appropriate unit and boundary conditions established finite element model.(3)Storage tanks with pile interaction numerical simulation of seismic response analysis:The damping effect of the base isolation tank analysis showed that the isolation design can effectively reduce the seismic response except the shaking wave height.Pile soil-the isolation layer-tank interaction base isolation finite element numerical simulation analysis:when considering the effect of the pile of soil in the non-seismic design,Which shows the existence of pile-soil can make consumption and damping effect.When it comes to isolated design,considering the impact of the pile-soil,the effective stress peak has became larger in the changed thickness of junction zoom of the tank wall,so isolation design needs to consider the impact of pile-soil and variable thickness at the bottom of the tank wall connections should be focused design.The shaking wave did not change much either isolation or non-isolation when considering pile-soil effect,the impact on shaking wave height of pile-soil effect the can be largely ignored.(4)The analysis of seismic response parameters under the effect of pile of soil-isolated layer-Tank interactions.Studies shows that,we should select a number of seismic waves in the venue for the mean effect analysis in the same venue,regard the numerical results of one single seismic wave as a tank design value may be unreasonable.The seismic response will have high damping rate relatively when isolation layer damping ratio in the range of 0.2 to 0.3,the greater the isolation period is,the more obvious the damping effect is,but the shaking wave height is not obvious.6,7,8 lower seismic intensity the tank structure seismic response of the damping rate is basically the same,indicating that the material is linear elastic stage,the damping rate declined 9 degrees,indicating that the material into the inelastic stage.
