In recent years, driven by the expansion of the middle class and the rapid development of industrial economy, China's energy consumption have accounted for 21% of the total global energy consumption, has become the largest energy consuming country, but the per capita energy consumption and energy consumption per unit of GDP is in the lower level, indicating that the Chinese energy efficiency needs to be improved. Cooling device is an efficient energy saving device, but the existing cooling device can't deal with the oxygen cooling requirement of iron ore.Firstly, this paper analyses the demand by each of the major components of the drum cooling device, and integrates the characteristics of iron ore powder, required for the analysis of the corresponding structure, and compares the advantages and disadvantages of dynamic seal form selection of bellows seal structure is applied to the material inlet structure. Through the calculation of heat transfer process in the cooling device for cooling process of materials and cooling water temperature change and heat exchange capacity versus time curves is proposed in cooling iron ore is required for the rapid cooling of the material should be chosen are cooled using a cooling device for cooling water and material flows in the opposite way.Secondly, the exercise stress analysis is made to drum in the iron ore particles, simplified movement, derived residence time and other parameters of the device, and thus determine the device of material retention time influencing parameters and through the model for parameters of retention time of the actual effect, and analyze the causes, and puts forward some parameters selection of recommendations and constraints.Lastly, this paper analyzes the iron ore powder material in cooling device of heat transfer process, and the use of Fourier's law of heat conduction, Stefan-Boltzmann law and Newton's law of cooling embodied in heat exchange relationship building numerical model and iterative cooling device of output and the material temperature is affected by the device parameters of loudness curve, analyze and summarize the causes, in order to provide a basis for follow-up for iron ore powder cooling device structure optimization.By combing the above analysis results, the optimization scheme of cooling device for iron ore powder is summarized, and the application scene is extended to the general application.
