Super absorbent resin containing carboxyl,hydroxyl and other strong hydrophilic group, at the same time it is also a certain degree of cross-linking polymer. Related to its merits of polymer materials, it is convenient for processing, and its performance is also very good use.In this paper, using cellulose derivatives——sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC) as raw materials. Water solution polymerization method and the model of open system of water solution polymerization was prepared by binary-blend super absorbent resin and ternary-blend super absorbent resin. Study on the optimum conditions, the surface morphology and structure characteristics, explores its biodegradation.Using the single factor experiment research, and investigates the influence of single factor on the absorption properties of two kinds of super absorbent resin products. At the same time, on the basis of single factor experiments, according to the sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, distilled water, neutralization degree of acrylic acid, acrylamide, crosslinking agent, initiator, reaction temperature of these conditions to the orthogonal experiments, finally we get the best technological conditions of two groups.Selecting the best technological conditions of the synthesis of two kinds of super absorbent resin product based on biomass by testing the performance of related. The main test results are as follows:In distilled water, tap water, saline, the maximum absorbency of binary-blend super absorbent resin products were 1509g·g-1, 471g·g-1, 116g·g-1. In the 40 degrees, 60 degrees, 80 degrees under 5 hours, the water retention rate of binary-blend super absorbent resin products can reach 85%, 78% and 72%. The binary-blend super absorbent resin products in the water after 10 minutes and 60 minutes respectively, can achieve the maximum absorption rate of 65% and 93%. The repeated absorption rate of binary-blend super absorbent resin products can reach the maximum water absorption rate of 72% in the 5 times.Also in distilled water, tap water, saline, the maximum absorbency of ternary-blend super absorbent resin products were 1082g·g-1, 375g·g-1, 67g·g-1. In the 40 degrees, 60 degrees, 80 degrees under 5 hours, the water retention rate ofternary –blend super absorbent resin products can reach 86%, 83% and 81%. The ternary-blend super absorbent resin products in the water after 10 minutes and 60 minutes respectively, can achieve the maximum absorption rate of 56% and 88%. The repeated absorption rate of ternary-blend super absorbent resin products can reach the maximum water absorption rate of 78% in the 5 times.Soil buried method was used to test the two kinds of biomass synthesis of super absorbent resin product biodegradation experiment. By using scanning electron microscope, comparison of degradation properties, the binary-blend super absorbent resin products is better than ternary-blend super absorbent resin products. Analysis by infrared spectroscopy, the chemical chain structure of ether bone was interrupted. This shows that the two kinds of biomass synthesis of super absorbent resin product are the high molecular copolymer biodegradable. The degradation of binary-blend super absorbent resin products rate was 74%, and the degradation of ternary-blend super absorbent resin products rate was 51%.
