Study On Evaluation Criteria And Paradigm Of Mining Recovery Of Solid Non-energy Mineral Resources In China

Along with the rapid development of national economy,the consumption of mineral resources is increasing at an alarming speed.Therefore,the exploitation of mineral resources mining must takes the road of saving resources from the source and making full use of resources in the process of exploiting.It is urgent to carry out the research of evaluation criteria and related supervision measures of mining recovery on the national level,in order to promote the protection and comprehensive utilization of mineral resources.This paper relies on the public welfare industry research projects of the Ministry of Land and Resources,the research of formulate the evaluation criterion and paradigm of mining recovery of solid non-energy mineral was carried out systematically,through using comprehensive research route of combining a variety of methods,such as expert consultation,document retrieval,field investigation,statistical analysis and information feedback et al.(1)The term system of mining recovery was defined and the relevant calculation process was constructed.The term system of evaluation mining recovery of solid non-energy mineral resources in china was put forward,and the normative calculation process of mining recovery was constructed,based on the endowment characteristics and mining features of solid non-energy mineral resources.(2)Questionnaire of mining recovery was made and the statistical analysis of huge data in survey sample region.Taking more than 400 mines in a certain province as sample area,the work of mining recovery survey was carried out using the questionnaire,and the field verification of some typical mine was conducted.Statistical analysis of mining recovery data in survey sample area was finished,the present situation of mining recovery in the Guangxi area mine was felt out,the existing problems in the process of investigating mining recovery was analyzed.Analysis result can provide research foundation for creating evaluation criteria of mining recovery of solid non-energy mineral resources.(3)Influential factors correlation degree of mining recovery was analyzed.The influential factors of mining recovery under the two different mining methods between open-pit and underground were analyzed comprehensively,the correlation degree of a variety of different influential factors was calculated through using the regression models of SPSS 19.0 software,the results provide scientific guidance for the category of mining recovery evaluation criteria of solid non-energy mineral resources.(4)Mining recovery evaluation criteria of non-energy minerals was intensively created.The mining recovery evaluation criteria of open-pit was created comprehensively through references for the traditional definition of mining recovery from teaching material,manual,standard,related index from the related file published by the Ministry of Land and Resources.Underground mining has the following characteristics:losses forms are various,the amount of the loss is higher and can not be ignored,in order to make the mining recovery evaluation index has the property of uniform and comparative,and avoid man-made factors interference because of the ore losses caused by objective factors,the definition of"year mining recovery" which takes the aggregate of ore block and mining area into account was recommend,the mining recovery evaluation criteria of underground mine was created through references for related index data from material,manual and standard.For the open pit-underground combined mining recovery evaluation criteria,being focus on the mining scheme whether to consider the situation of temporarily have pillar,evaluation requirements of different joint forms in different mining periods was proposed;from the perspective of take full use of mineral resources,the lower grade index between open pit mining and underground mining was as mining recovery evaluation criteria of joint mining,so the mining recovery grade of joint mining in mine enterprises was determined.(5)The research of evaluation paradigm of mining recovery was carried out systematically.Related content of mining recovery evaluation system was studied and the basic principles of evaluation work was proposed,evaluation procedures was standardized,evaluation report compiled template was formulated,information management work of evaluation was regulated uniformly.
