With low-carbon economy system in China continues to improve and the development of low-carbon theory and low-carbon manufacturing etc concept has win support among the people,more and more enterprises and individual attention to low-carbon closed-loop supply chain and to participate in the construction of low-carbon of closed-loop supply chain,so the network planning and management of low-carbon closed-loop supply chain has become a new trend of enterprise energy-saving emission reduction and high efficient development.Under such a background,it has very important practical significance to study the issues related to low-carbon closed-loop supply chain network planning.Because of many uncertain factors in the external environment will have an impact on the stability of low-carbon of closed-loop supply chain,so construction of low-carbon closed-loop supply chain,and care about how to carry on the robust optimization has become one of the important research contents of low carbon closed-loop supply chain network planning.In this paper,based on analyzing and summarizing the research status of related fields in the evaluation method,based on the life cycle assessment method,construction of ecological concept model of closed-loop supply chain,and considering the uncertainty of demand for products and recycling of waste products quality and quantity in closed-loop supply chain,and use total cost and total carbon emissions of the closed-loop supply chain operation as the goal function of closed-loop supply Construction,and the use of robust optimization model of robust optimization method based on regret value to robust and optimize the model of closed-loop supply chain,finally,a numerical example analysis is given to show the feasibility and effectiveness of the model.The main work of this paper are as follows:The first chapter,i introduce the background and significance of this paper,and explain the research purpose,research contents,research ideas and research methods.The second chapter,through expound the relevant theory of the closed-loop supply chain uncertainty,the robust optimization of closed loop supply chain and low carbon closed-loop supply chain network planning and so on,and summary of The related research status at home and abroad,and finally through the literature collection and analysis of the research topic of this paper comes.The third chapter,based on the theory of life cycle assessment,we can obtain framework of closed-loop supply chain eco efficiency indicators,and according to the contents of the computing framework to determine the system boundary of the closed-loop supply chain,and analysis carbon emissions of the closed-loop supply chain and investigation carbon emission data and emission factors and other information,finally choosing appropriate calculation method and calculation model of the construction unit of the product life cycle carbon emissions.The fourth chapter,first of all to analysis the third party is responsible for the network structure of closed-loop supply chain recovery,and on this basis to analysis the uncertainty of closed-loop supply chain and gives the corresponding processing method;the premise of the construction of the total cost of the closed-loop supply chain management and operation of carbon emissions for multi-objective minimum closed loop supply chain network planning model of the target based on the introduction of the file,and lead into the carbon price in parameters,using the weighted method to transform the multi-objective programming problem into a single objective programming problem to help us solving the model of multi objective programming.The fifth chapter,firstly,three kinds of robust optimization model were analyzed,and then according to the optimization model of scenario analysis and robust optimization model based on the value of regret to build robust optimization model of the single objective programming model of the closed-loop supply chain network is transformed in the fourth chapter.The sixth chapter,through numerical analysis,to verify the closed-loop supply chain network planning model of robust optimization model is feasible and effective.The seventh chapter,the work in this thesis is summarized,and prospect the low carbon closed-loop supply chain research field in the future...
