In the rubber industry,cold feeding extruder is an important rubber processing equipment,it is widely used in tire manufacturing,rubber hose manufacturer,sealant tape manufacturing,wire and cable and waterproof materials,etc,with the screw configuration of the continuous progress,cold feed extruder also been advances and be used increasingly widespread.However,the feeding technology on the extruder has not been given the enough attention,there are many defects on the cold feeding extruder such as the feeding device plastic leakage,journal sticking and bad plastics quality and so on.Study of this subject is the cold feeding extruder which used the screw feeding device,it can solve these problem and has broad application prospects.This topic made the traditional cold feeding extruder more perfect on the structure,moreover it introduced the advanced modular concept in the design method,made the mechanical design,AutoCAD and computer programming together,so it's more efficient and scientific than the traditional design method.In the subject of modular design and research on the screw feeding device of cold feeding rubber extruder,we did a lot of work and received the following relevant results:1.The screw feeding technology used in the cold feeding extruder not only can effectively solve the leakage of plastic,journal sticking caused by the backward feeding device,but also significantly increase the production and quality,while making a more stable head pressure to ensure the accuracy of the size of extrusion products,break through the "bottleneck" of the development of the traditional cold feeding extruder and can be used in more fields;2.The ultimate goal of this project is to realize the modular design of the study.This new design method is based on AutoCAD and a computer combined application and can greatly reduce the workload of the design,improve efficiency,while in the structural design of block a lot of practical experience combined with optimized,therefore,it can improve the scientificity of the design.3.Used the finite element analysis software in design.Analyze the important parts of different program used the finite element method and compare the deformation,' then optimized the design in order to make the structure more reasonable and reliable;4.The three-dimensional object shape design and dynamic process simulation has been used in the parameters.Using complete machine simulation,to discover the design of the unreasonable,interference and other phenomena,in order to achieve optimal design and improve the design level;5.The division of the module,the calculation of the specific structure of each module design,drawing two-dimensional drawings and the preparation of computer programs has been expounded systematically and detailedly.Finally,the purpose has been completed,it laid the foundation of the modular design of the screw feeding extruder and has important reference value.
