The rubber cold feed extruder is one of the important processing equipments in the rubber industry.In the past,more research was done on the screw part of the extruder to explore how to improve the screw to improve the plasticizing capacity,but attention should also be paid to high performance and high efficiency Extrusion not only depends on the plasticizing capacity of the extruder,but also is closely related to the conveying capacity of the feeding section of the extruder.In this paper,a new type of self-forced feeding extruder is designed on the basis of in-depth research on the mechanism of self-forced feeding.It can effectively improve the conveying capacity of the feeding section of the extruder,thereby increasing the production capacity of the extruder.The main results of this paper are as follows:1.On the basis of the traditional side pressing roller and screw meshing feeding,the self-forced feeding technology is innovatively adopted.The simplified structure does not add complex devices,and makes full use of the flow characteristics of the material in the feeding section of the extruder to promote the positive flow of the rubber material.2.Establish a flow field simulation model,and use analysis software to conduct finite element flow field analysis,aiming at the groove depth,width,number,helix angle and self-enforcement of the spiral groove bushing in the feeding section of the self-enforcement refrigeration feeding extruder.The influence of the arrangement of the feeding elements on the delivery rate of the compound solids was analyzed.The research results have certain guiding significance for the design and parameter selection of the groove bushing in the feeding section of the self-enforcement refrigeration feeding extruder.3.The relationship between the length-diameter ratio of the feeding section of the self-enforced refrigeration feeding extruder and the conveying volume of the rubber in the feeding section is deduced,and the relationship between the length-diameter ratio of the screw in the feeding section and the conveying volume of the rubber in the feeding section is established.4.Selecting a suitable secondary plane enveloping reducer and applying it to the self-reinforcement refrigeration feeding extruder can effectively reduce the extruder's footprint,improve the load capacity of the reducer,and reduce the noise generated by the extruder.Improve drivetrain stability.
