| Domestic technique of melamine tableware edge grinding mainly based on manual, not only that, the poor edge grinding environment and low efficiency becomes the main limit factors of the development of melamine industry. Adaptive edge grinding CNC(Computer Numerical Control) technology is the important and far-reaching significance for promoting the melamine industry. This paper studies deeply the key control technology of melamine tableware adaptive edge grinding, the main works listed as follows.According to the mechanical structure and the working principle of the edge grinding machine, completed the melamine tableware overall design of the adaptive edge grinding, including hardware and software. Produced two kinds of edge grinding control schemes: based on constant current control and constant linear speed control. Specifically elaborated the grinding side edge grinding principles, both the advantages and disadvantages of two kinds of schemes. Finally, applying edge grinding control scheme based on constant current in the melamine tableware edge grinding machine successfully.Based on HNC 8, the special numerical control system, collecting the current feedback signal of the system in real time, combining with Kalman filtering, PID(Proportion Integration Differentiation) control algorithm, development of PLC(Programmable Logic Controller) modules and G codes in numerical control system, to make the grinding head and melamine tableware have a better following joint, and finally realized the constant amount of grinding edge by adaptive tracking control technology.Based on these studies, designed a melamine tableware automation production line, including loading device, coarse grinding, fine grinding and blanking.And then, applied to the actual edge grinding CNC system in the line. The whole process automation of the melamine tableware edge grinding becomes the real. At last, practice has proved that it worked well. |
