CNC machine plays an extremely important role in the industrial manufacturing, the precision of manufacturing industry has become increasingly high now, so the task of improving the CNC precision is very urgent. The vibration problem of domestic motor is an important factor affecting the precision of domestic machine, so it is necessary to analyze and diagnose domestic motor to reduce the vibration.By building the model of the motor tested, it is convenient to analyze various natural frequency of the motor, and make the operating speed avoid the natural frequency as much as possible. At the same time, it is necessary to analyze the modal vibration mode of target motor, which is needed to determine its various deformation that may occur when it operates. In the end, the dynamic principle of the vibration, which is caused by the unbalance of the motor rotor,is studied.After analyzing the spectral of the vibration data collected, the spectral characteristics can be extracted. In order to get reliable diagnosis when the motor is out of order, it is necessary to analyze multiple speeds of the same motor. FFT-waterfall and HHT method can deal with stationary signal and non-stationary signal respectively. FFT-waterfall can capture the spectral characteristics conveniently, while HHT can express the relationship of time, frequency and amplitude accurately. The vibration signal of the experimental motor is analyzed and the main characteristic frequency is found out to make the corresponding diagnosis to the vibration problem, and the simulation experiment is done according to the HHT method.It is to suppress the influence of the motor balancing to motor vibration that the study of modal balancing method and influence coefficient method has been completed. To collect and save the vibration data, the motor vibration data acquisition system which is based on Lab VIEW has been developed. In addition, to calculate the magnitude and phase of unbalance, the dynamic balance module is developed. What's more, based on the influence coefficient method,the dynamic balance system is developed to measure the vibration amplitude and phase and calculate the magnitude and phase of unbalance. The adding weight of the motor can be added through the calculation results,then its residual weight is calculated to find whether it can meet the required accuracy of the dynamic balance.Finally, by building the model, vibration data acquisition and processing, field balancing test, the vibration of the domestic motor is reduced successfully.
